1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or placing an order with Zelopeps, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use this site or purchase from us. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Research Use Only
All compounds are sold exclusively for legitimate scientific research and laboratory investigation. By purchasing, you confirm you are 18 or older, a qualified researcher, and that compounds will be used solely for lawful in-vitro or laboratory research. You will not use, administer, or supply these compounds for human or animal consumption. Any use outside legitimate research is entirely the responsibility of the buyer.
3. Regulatory Compliance
Our products have not been evaluated or approved by the MHRA, FSA, or any other regulatory body for use as medicines or therapeutic agents. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the purchase, import, possession, and use of any compounds you order is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. Orders and Payment
Orders can be placed via WhatsApp, Telegram, or crypto checkout on our website. WhatsApp and Telegram orders are confirmed by us in writing before dispatch. Crypto orders are confirmed automatically once payment is received. An order is not accepted until we confirm availability (or payment clears for crypto) and provide or complete payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. We accept payment by bank transfer, Monzo, Revolut, and cryptocurrency. Payment must be received in full before dispatch.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders paid and confirmed before 2 PM on a working day are dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability. We ship via Royal Mail. Once dispatched, UK delivery usually arrives the next working day. Free shipping on orders over £150. Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch. It is your responsibility to ensure that import of our products is lawful in your country.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of research compounds, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
7. Product Quality
We supply compounds tested by independent third-party laboratories including Janoshik Analytical, with certificates of analysis available upon request. We make no warranties as to the fitness of our products for any particular research purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zelopeps shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
