Orders paid and confirmed before 2 PM on a working day are dispatched the same day, subject to stock. We ship via Royal Mail. Once your parcel is handed to Royal Mail, UK delivery usually arrives the next working day.

Orders over £150 qualify for free shipping. Below that, rates vary by country — from £5 for UK nations (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland) up to £15 for most of Europe. You will see the total in your cart before you checkout.

Yes. Orders ship in plain packaging with no product names on the outside. Tracking is sent once your parcel is handed to Royal Mail.

Add a code in the cart before checkout — partner codes or FIRSTORDER for 10% off your first order. Pens, refills, and supplies count toward bulk tiers (£200 / £300 / £500) and percentage-off codes. The 7.5% multi-vial deal applies to vials only on the same peptide line. Multi-vial, bulk, and codes don't stack — we apply whichever saves you most. Friend invite credit is separate store credit and does stack with those deals.

In your account, open Invite and copy your unique code or link. When a friend creates an account with that code they get £10 store credit — it stacks with other discounts at checkout. You get £10 store credit after their first order is marked paid. Credit applies to products, not shipping. You cannot refer yourself.

A full pen is pre-filled and includes the reusable device — ready to use. A refill is the cartridge only — for when you already own the device. Pens and refills are pre-filled — no BAC water or reconstitution needed. The reusable pen device (£30, under Supplies) is the empty device bought once; after that you can order refills only. Pens and refills are available on Retatrutide, Tirzepatide, BPC-157, Wolverine Blend, GHK-Cu, MOTS-C, Cagrilintide, Glow Blend, Tesamorelin, Melanotan I, and Melanotan II — open a product and tap the Pen tab, or use the Pens filter in the shop menu.

Yes. Pre-filled nasal sprays are available for Semax, Selank, Melanotan I, Melanotan II, GHK-Cu, NAD+, DSIP, and MOTS-C — no reconstitution and no pen device. Open the product and tap Nasal, or use the Nasals filter in the shop menu.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Opened or used vials cannot be returned.

Lyophilized peptides should be kept cool, dry, and away from light — typically refrigerated or frozen for longer storage. After reconstitution, store in the fridge and use within the timeframe appropriate for your research protocol.
