what you received
This page is printed inside Zelopeps pen boxes. It covers the three formats, what is in the box, and research-only use — not a protocol or a dose guide.
Full pen
Pre-filled, and the reusable device is included. No BAC water or reconstitution. This is the starter if you do not already have a Zelopeps device.
Refill
The cartridge only. Keep the device you already have and swap the cartridge. Same pre-filled format — still no reconstitution.
Empty device
The reusable pen on its own, under Supplies. Buy once. After that you only need refills for the compounds you use in research.
What’s in the box
- The presentation box — the outer Royal Mail carton is plain on purpose.
- Your full pen or refill, as ordered. A full pen includes the reusable device.
- Needles, wipes, and BAC water are separate shop items unless they were on the same order.
Using the device in research
- Pens and refills arrive pre-filled. Do not reconstitute them with BAC water.
- Keep the box cool, dry, and away from light. Follow your lab’s storage protocol.
- Use a new sterile needle for each research use, then dispose of it in a sharps container.
- Fit the needle, set the research volume on the dial, and follow the leaflet in the lid for the device steps.
Compounds with pens
Open a product and tap Pen, or use the Pens filter in the shop. Currently available on Retatrutide, Tirzepatide, BPC-157, Glow Blend, Wolverine Blend, GHK-Cu, Tesamorelin, Melanotan I, Melanotan II, MOTS-C, Cagrilintide.

Refills and the empty device are in the shop. If something arrived damaged, message us within 48 hours with photos.
